Biography
Toni Erickson received a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah in 1984. She opened her private practice in Boulder, Colorado in 1990. She also has training as a Mediator and Conflict Resolution Specialist.

In 2001 she began her coaches training and has been coaching ever since. She is a member of the International Coaches Federation and a board member of the Boulder Coaches Alliance.Coaching allows Toni to put together many of her life's experiences, trainings and interests in a profound and meaningful way, doing the thing she loves most - connecting and working with people to attain their best dreams and goals.

Prior to graduate training she was marketing and public relations director for Ballet West in Salt Lake City and had other marketing and administrative positions. As an educator, she designed and taught, "Hope for Our Children," a parent education class required for parents going through divorce. Special interests include family, music, art, pottery, nature, outdoor activities, gardening, writing, reading and a spiritual path.
